How does the ordering process work at TUZZI?

  • Start your purchase by selecting the desired products from our range and adding them to your shopping basket.
  • All selected items will be displayed in the shopping basket. Here you have the option of using a voucher. To do this, click on ‘I have a voucher’ and enter your voucher code. Then go to the next order step by clicking on ‘Checkout’.
  • You can create a customer account to speed up the processing of future orders. To do this, enter your name and address and click on ‘Continue’. If you already have an account, please log in with your e-mail address and password under ‘I am already a customer’. Please note: If your delivery address does not match the billing address, select ‘The delivery address differs from the billing address’ and enter the correct delivery address.
  • Then select your preferred payment method and click on ‘Continue’.
  • In the order overview, you can check your address and order details again and, if you have not already done so, redeem your voucher code. Don't forget to accept the general terms and conditions by ticking the appropriate box.
  • Click on ‘Order with obligation to pay’ to send us your order and complete the order process.

How can I redeem my voucher?

As soon as you have added your selected items to the shopping basket, you can enter a voucher code there. There is also another opportunity to use a voucher at the end of the order process on the page with the ‘Order with obligation to pay’ option.

How can I return something?

With us you buy risk-free. You have 14 days to try on the delivered items at home. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can easily return it to us - at no extra cost to you.

Pack the item to be returned carefully, ideally in the original box to avoid damage in transit. Don't forget to enclose the goods and delivery note. Use the pre-addressed return label that you received with your invoice and stick it over your old address on the parcel.
